As of February 9, 2010, the clubhouse building was officially recognized as a Landmark Building by The New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission.

Membership to The Penn Club provides access to Beaux-Arts style clubhouse building, which is a huge benefit for members as it enables them to meet up regularly for activities such as networking to entertaining guests.
